STAGE 1 – ENQUIRE

To ensure we are the right fit for your project, we will email you a few questions to better understand your brief and requirements.

Once complete, we’ll schedule a quote and address any additional questions you may have.

If you haven’t already, we highly recommend collaborating with a design professional. This ensures your design vision is fully achieved and seamlessly ties into other areas of your home, allowing us to focus on delivering the highest-quality final product.

• Is you project a renovation or new build?
• Where is your project located?
• What is the timeframe of your project?
• Is there a builder or any other trades involved? if so who?
• Do you have an architect/interior designer involved? if so who?
• Do you have any joinery elevations for your project?
• Do you have a clear and set joinery budget for this project?

STAGE 2 – Consultation

As we approach your project timeline, we will arrange a meeting to discuss your joinery requirements in detail and initiate the design process.

A dedicated project manager will oversee your job, ensuring the design intent is fully understood and all key details are addressed.

We prioritise starting the shop drawing stage early, ensuring a smooth workflow, clear communication across trades and on-time delivery of a high-quality product. Our experience working with builders, architects, and designers allows us to bring your vision to life with precision and care.

Please note

Before our meeting, please ensure you have selected and purchased all required appliances, including basins, sinks, taps and other fixtures. During our meeting we will provide guidance on any other items required and items that will be needed during the production of your joinery.

STAGE 3 – Finalisation

To smoothly transition your project into Production, we will finalise all details by refining the design brief, resolving junctions, and perfecting every element collaboratively. Our precision and commitment ensure exceptional joinery that exceeds expectations.

What we’ll finalise together:

• Approval of Plans, Quote & Contract (if applicable)
• Selection of Materials, Colours & Handles

Please note

Any changes beyond the second revision of drawings will be subject to a design fee of $200 per hour inc GST.

STAGE 4 – Production

Once all required information is provided, we elevate the shop drawings to production.

Our process integrates cutting-edge software, advanced machinery, and traditional methods to ensure exceptional consistency and precision.

During this stage, our skilled joiners and project managers oversee every detail, performing essential quality checks in the workshop.

We also collaborate closely with other trades to coordinate all necessary elements ensuring the best possible result.

STAGE 5 – Installation

After meticulous planning and thoughtful staging, we reach the final step of your journey.

Your project manager will work closely with your builder to coordinate the installation process, ensuring all unique elements of your project are well managed, including any varied lead times. Throughout this phase, we remain dedicated to transparency and clarity, keeping everyone informed and facilitating smooth collaboration with each trade professional.

Before handover, our team conducts final quality checks to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards of service and craftsmanship. This final stage represents the culmination of our process, delivering a space that reflects our values.
